On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Brand Manager with at least 5 years of proven success in brand management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand development marketing strategies and consumer behavior. They will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive brand awareness loyalty and growth. Promote brand growth and expansion to enhance the companys market presence and achieve brand business objectives in the short and long term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on the brands target audience competitors industry trends and customer feedback which helps in understanding the strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats of the brand and thus define the brands positioning value proposition personality and voice which will help boosting brand awareness increasing market share and drive customer loyalty.
  • Strategy and Plan: Develop and execute brand strategies and plans which outlines objectives tactics and metrics of the brand to enhance brand presence and market share. Ensure that the brand strategy aligns with the organizations vision mission and values and support the overall business strategy and objectives and monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the brand strategies and plans. Also design brand communication strategies and use the right media to communicate them.
  • Creativity and Execution: Oversee the creative direction and execution of the brands visual and verbal identity including the logo name slogan colors fonts tone and style. Work closely with the team to ensure that the brands identity is consistent coherent and compelling across all touchpoints such as websites social media packaging advertising events and publications. Manage advertising and promotional activities to effectively communicate brand messaging and drive sales.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as senior management marketing teams sales teams product teams etc. Acts as the ambassador of the brand and ensure that the brands message and value are clearly and effectively conveyed to the relevant audiences.
  • Improvement: Drive innovation and improvement within the company and work to enhance the brands relevance differentiation and loyalty in the market. Stay current on the latest market trends and best practices and best competitive activity.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the budget ensuring maximum return on investment and costeffectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven relevant experience (5 years) in marketing brand management brand marketing with a track record of successful Brand Strategy planning and execution.
