Job Description: The Electronic Control of Work project is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst / Business Analyst to provide support on a new software implementation.

The analyst will work as part of a highperforming team to implement a new software package and help support the project and business teams as they execute Quality Assurance planning and execution activities.

The analyst may also be required to work collaboratively with business stakeholders as part of the software functional testing and deployment. There may also be a need for this individual to take on traditional Business Analyst activities as required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide QA guidance and expertise to the team.
• Contribute to the creation QA documentation and set up of QA systems.
• Successfully engage drive and facilitate QA initiatives and deliverables simultaneously.
• Work independently with users to execute QA procedures under the direction of the project manager.
• Collaborate with project team members including subject matter experts to establish the QA plan.
• Be the QA liaison between the project team technology team and operational support team.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze issues contribute to solutions and deliver artifacts to support the QA plan.

Qualifications:

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• 5 years of demonstrated working experience as a QA Analyst or Business Analyst role.
• Proven experience with use case and day in the life test scenario development
• Exceptional skills in effectively managing multiple tasks often under pressure and within rigid time constraints.
• Experience working with Field Operations and Maintenance in the Energy industry.
• Specialized in IT Software and Business Process/Continuous Improvement
• Experience with business process management and business process models.

Location:

• Need to be onsite 4 days/week.
