Position: Procurement Analyst / Change Management Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Change Management Specialist to work in our Procurement Operations Department supporting Procurement Operations and Global Sourcing. This role will be pivotal in orchestrating and delivering procurementrelated improvement projects optimizing processes and ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement exceptional change/project management skills and the ability to drive efficiency improvements within the department.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Project Management or a related field.
- Experience in procurement operations with a proven track record in change management and process optimization.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles and operations.
- Proficiency in understanding procurement tools and systems including P2P ERP CLM and associated software; certification in relevant tools a plus.
- Experience with project management tools such as Atlasians Jira
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is a strong plus.
