Who Are you

  • 10 years of working experience in strategy consulting SaaS enterprise or high growth startup environments.
  • 5 years experience in scaling B2B SaaS ScaleUps ideally from 1m to 10m.
  • Commercially and strategically savvy with an ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Expertise in Sales & Partnerships Growth Marketing Customer Lifecycle Management and Product Market Fit optimization.
  • Bachelor Degree and a (near) native English and Dutch tongue.
  • Ability to build and develop a team and organisational capabilities.
  • Strong leadership problemsolving and communication skills.

What are you going to do

1. Revenue Forecast & Execution

Develop implement and manage the companys revenue strategy to achieve shortterm and longterm financial goals.

Analyze market trends and historical data to provide accurate revenue forecasts.

Coordinate with marketing and finance teams to ensure alignment and execution of revenue plans.

Monitor revenue performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.

      3. Pricing Ownership

      Develop and oversee the pricing strategy for products and services to maximize profitability and market share.

      Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive pricing.

      Collaborate with the marketing teams to implement pricing changes and promotions.

      Monitor pricing performance and adjust strategies based on market feedback and sales data.

      4. Partnerships Management

      Identify negotiate and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the companys market position and drive revenue growth.

      Ensure partnerships contribute to revenue growth.

      Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure mutual benefit and longterm collaboration.

      Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships and make adjustments to maximize their impact.

      5. Campaign Ownership

      Lead the planning execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.

      Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and effective campaigns that align with the companys goals.

      Monitor campaign performance and use datadriven insights to optimize future campaigns.

      Ensure campaigns are delivered on time within budget and meet predetermined objectives.

      6. Brand Value & Awareness Increase

      Develop and implement strategies to enhance the companys brand value and increase market awareness.

      Monitor brand perception and implement initiatives to improve the companys image and reputation.

      Work with the marketing and PR teams to create compelling brand narratives and communication plans.

      Measure and report on the effectiveness of brandbuilding activities and adjust strategies as needed.
