About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Vice President of Operations. Reporting directly to the COO and CEO the VP of Operations will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision and operational efficiency of our company. This position requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in operational management as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational performance and drive company growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational managers and staff to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to evaluate operational performance and make datadriven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Foster a culture of excellence teamwork and continuous improvement within the operations department.
• Represent the company in meetings with external stakeholders including regulatory agencies vendors and partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management role within the gaming industry with at least 3 years of experience in a Director of Operations role.
• Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• High level of energy enthusiasm and drive to succeed in a fastpaced environment.
• Deep understanding of gaming regulations compliance requirements and industry trends.
• Ability to think strategically solve complex problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
