Job Title: Operations Analyst
Location: Chennai
Salary: 1.754 Lacs Per Annum
Employment Type: FullTime
Experience: 05 Years
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate



Role Overview:

As an Operations Analyst specializing in Background Verification you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process of new hires by ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of their credentials. This position is pivotal for maintaining the integrity of the hiring process and ensuring that all employment decisions are based on verified information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrutinize credentials documents and facts of potential employees during the onboarding process.
  • Initiate background checks and ensure their completion within set timelines.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry and verify the accuracy of data entered into database systems.
  • Resolve discrepancies in information obtain additional information for incomplete documents and create data backups as part of a contingency plan.
  • Follow up with external entities to gather reports and validate the authenticity of documents.
  • Utilize various verification processes and update databases promptly to ensure the execution of background checks. Prioritize tasks according to the completion timeline of reports.
  • Test new database systems and software updates to ensure continuous improvement and functionality.



Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and capability to work with database software.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage tasks within strict deadlines.
  • Commitment to generating highquality errorfree reports.
  • Detailoriented with a systematic approach to work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with team members and external parties.
  • A proactive problemsolver who addresses discrepancies and operational challenges.
  • Capacity to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
