Online Sales Executive - Al Mulla Group

Acquire leads on prospective customers from the ecommerce portal and from CRM department. Review enquiries received on ecommerce portal and contact customers to clarify their queries on products. Also assist them in selecting the products by undertaking an indepth needs analysis. Leverage the use of ecommerce portal and its features to formally explain to customers the product range availability of stock pricing and payments process to confirm booking of selected cars. Explain vehicle performance product details and benefits according to the sales process. Followup with customers registered on ecommerce portal during special promotions and offers campaigns from Marketing team. Fix appointments to invite potential customers from ecommerce and other sources who have shown interest. Greet and continue assistance to the customers when they visit the showroom. Offer and accompany the customer in test driving vehicles according to the test drive process. Ensure smooth completion of the sales contract and associated documentation. Promote and up sell products and services. Introduce finance and insurance products during the sales process and support implementation of finance and insurance campaigns. Facilitate that the F&I department receives sufficient customer information for a smooth handover. Handle customer complaints tactfully and promptly according to the distributor policies and escalate difficult cases immediately to the Manager. Ensure regular and prompt updates of customer database and records to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Strong bilingual communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle queries and complicated customer complaints professionally. Proficiency in using MS software and tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to upsell products effectively. Demonstrate team spirit and cooperation.
