Officer Logistics and Administration
Job Description Role Summary: Responsible for assisting in materials handling product distribution and logistics operations in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Includes supporting planning processes and inventory management.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist in materials handling and product distribution within a distribution or manufacturing environment ensuring efficient warehousing and fulfilment of materials and products.
- Support transportation and inventory management processes.
- Assist in the execution of demand planning and customer forecasting supply planning product deployment and expediting processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of stocking optimization models aimed at minimizing costs and inventory while meeting service requirements.
- Support carriers and oversee the movement of all required products ensuring smooth logistics operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate and streamline logistics activities.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers to optimize procurement processes and enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:- Minimum bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in related field.
- 1 year of experience.
- Professional certificate in MS office Software
