LEASING PROPERTY ADVISOR - The Pearl Gates

As a Leasing Property Advisor with The Pearl Gates you will play a pivotal role in facilitating residential property leasing transactions. Your primary responsibilities include conducting property viewings acquiring property listings and closing deals with prospective tenants. The role requires strong interpersonal skills a deep understanding of the real estate market and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.This position involves engaging with property owners tenants and various stakeholders to ensure successful lease agreements. The Leasing property advisor will contribute to the firms growth by actively promoting available properties conducting negotiations and maintaining positive client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for property owners and prospective tenants.

Schedule and conduct property Viewing and effectively communicate property features and benefits.

Provide detailed information about the property and address any inquiries from potential tenants.

Proactively identify and secure new property listings.

Collaborate with property owners landlords and developers to obtain information for listing purposes.

Ensure accurate and compelling property listings to attract potential tenants.

Work closely with prospective tenants to understand their needs and preferences.

Negotiate lease terms and conditions to achieve successful deal closures.

Facilitate the leasing process including the preparation and signing of lease agreements.

Prepare and review leasing documentation including contracts and agreements.

Assist property owners in marketing their properties for lease utilizing various channels and marketing strategies.

Provide advice and recommendations to prospective tenants regarding available properties.

Perform market analysis to accurately assess rental values and leasing trends.

Stay informed about the local real estate market and competitors to provide strategic insights.

Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners tenants and other stakeholders.

Address client inquiries concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the team including property managers and sales professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or a related field.

Proven experience in real estate leasing or a similar role.

Strong understanding of leasing laws regulations and market dynamics.

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
