The role:
As an International Recruitment Consultant you will oversee a 360° position:

The role:
As an International Recruitment Consultant you will oversee a 360° position:
- Recruitment
- Management of the recruitment process from A to Z (Briefing with the client headhunting screening interviews handling job offers)
- Direct approach and sourcing on job boards
- Presentation of the candidate ’shortlists to the clients
- Enrich a solid database and always be on monitor mode to identify good opportunities
- Business Development
- Identify opportunities to develop the business for the company
- Handling the relationship with the customers
- Prospection for new clients (all companies size)
- Negotiation (commercial aspects)
- Management of a client portfolio
- Coming from a recruitment company yourself you have already managed a whole client portfolio.
- You are passionate about the recruiting business
- The challenge animates you
- You are able to work in English (or willing to learn) and ideally you speak other European languages.
