Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ageappropriate lesson plans and activities
• Lead and supervise classroom staff including assistant teachers and aides
• Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child
• Maintain a safe clean and organized classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their childs progress
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards
• Participate in professional development and training sessions

Qualifications:

• Associates or bachelors degree in early childhood education or a related field
• Certified in CPR and First Aid
• Strong understanding of child development and early education principles
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
