Job description Main Responsibilities (Major KPAs to be assigned):

• Experience in Silicon Solar Cell fabrication Std BSF/PERC/TOPCon
• Draft the process procedures for individual machines.
• Update the process specifications of silicon solar module process.
• Accountable to optimize the processes using automation and achieve the desired target.
• Monitor the process parameters of every machine at a frequent interval.
• Update and maintain the process check list.
• Perform statistical analysis of each and every process.
• Focus on process improvement and sustainability.
• Work on reducing rejects and thus increase productivity.
• Review the daily production and analyse reports for consistent output.
• Work on improving yield with application of engineering tools such like FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) SPC (Statistical Process Control) Six Sigma Kaizen RCA (Root Cause Analysis) DFMEA (Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) DOE (Design of Experiments) and others.
• Work with quality team to ensure the quality performance and cost of the existing products.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for any process related trouble shooting.
• Work on new materials regularly for the better output.
• Drive cost improvement process related projects.

Basic requirements like:

1. Educational Qualifications: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/PhD
2. Experience: Min 9 Yrs (BE/BTech)/4 Yrs (ME/MTech)/Relevant Experience (PhD)
3. Industries preferred: Only Solar Cell Fab Experience
