Your role and goals

Are you known for your curiosity and passion for training Do you like enabling clients to follow a standardised learning path Then this job is for you! At Productsup we seek a talented Product Trainer (m/f/d) to train our clients partners and new employees on the Productsup platform and related industry topics. Hence they are confident in using the platform independently.

In your first 3 months you will:

• Become an expert on the Productsup platform and our clients use cases.
• Gain a complete overview of our Academy and Help Center content.
• Conduct first internal and external training.
• Take ownership of a standardised training schedule for new clients.

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

• Conduct internal and external training both virtually and onsite.
• Work closely with the Curriculum team to create relevant content to increase customer satisfaction.
• Identify training needs for internal and external audiences and improve training based on your experience with your training participants.
• Own teaminternal projects for improvements of tools and processes.

What you bring to the team

• 1 years of professional experience in a clientfacing or training role for an AdTech or complex SaaS solution.
• Engaging and motivating personality with excellent virtual and onsite presentation skills to teach complex information to multilevel stakeholders.
• Strong technical affinity and desire to become an expert in an ecommerce SaaS solution.
• A clientoriented thinking pattern and a passion for training and enablement.
• Experience with or genuine interest in basic knowledge of teaching concepts adult learning principles performance marketing and the ecommerce industry.
• Knowledge of Zendesk Confluence Salesforce and JIRA is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills (German is a plus).
