Job Title: Senior Recruitment Officer (With F&B background)

Location: Doha Qatar

About Us: We are a highend restaurant and hospitality business based in Qatar dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences and hospitality services. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist with background in the restaurant and hospitality industry to join our HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various positions within the organization with a focus on restaurant service and kitchen operations and health and wellness roles.
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for different departments and locations.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals social media networking events and industry associations.
• Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit for the organization.
• Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings candidate communication offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent partners to support talent acquisition efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends labor laws and best practices in recruitment and talent management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of at least 3 years experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry in GCC
• Deep knowledge of restaurant service operations kitchen operations food safety and hygiene standards.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. HR certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with health and wellness practices and regulations for gym facilities or similar establishments.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledgeable in different MS Office applications
