Professional Graphic Designer - Forward Group

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to elevate our brands online presence. The ideal candidate will be a passionate storyteller with a strong aesthetic sense and a deep understanding of social media trends. Your primary focus will be to create engaging content including mood boards posts stories and social media ads that resonate with our target audience and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation:

• Develop and execute compelling social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Design eyecatching mood boards that reflect the brands identity and inspire creative content.
• Create engaging social media posts (images videos GIFs etc.) that spark conversations and drive audience engagement.
• Craft visually appealing stories that capture attention and encourage interaction.
• Design impactful social media ads that generate leads and increase brand visibility.

Graphic Design:

• Design compelling posters that effectively communicate key messages and promotions.
• Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials (brochures presentations etc.).
• Maintain brand consistency across all design assets.

Video Production:

• Create shortform video content for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram Reels TikTok).
• Edit and enhance existing videos for social media use.
• Incorporate animation and visual effects to create dynamic and engaging video content.

Photography/Videography:

• Capture highquality photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes.
• Edit and optimize visual content to meet brand standards.

Other:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns.
• Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Analyze social media performance data and provide insights for optimization.

Qualifications:

• Education: bachelors degree in graphic design digital media or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven track record of creating successful social media campaigns.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design skills and a creative flair.
• Experience with photography and videography is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) or similar design software.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
