الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for the plant aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Lead and inspire the plant team to achieve excellence in bus body manufacturing customization and innovation.
- Oversee the customization process of bus bodies according to client specifications ensuring that all design requirements and regulatory standards are met. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to translate customizations into practical manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement production plans that balance customization demands with efficient manufacturing processes. Optimize production schedules workflows and resource utilization to meet delivery timelines while maintaining highquality standards.
- Utilize your technical expertise in bus body engineering and manufacturing to provide guidance and support to the production team. Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory requirements to drive innovation and compliance.
- Implement rigorous quality assurance measures throughout the production process to ensure that all bus bodies meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and address quality issues promptly.
- Oversee relationships with suppliers and vendors of raw materials components and equipment. Negotiate contracts monitor performance and ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules and minimize disruptions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the plant team. Provide coaching training and mentorship to employees to enhance their skills and competencies in bus body manufacturing and customization
- Develop and manage the plant budget effectively monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Implement cost control measures while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
