Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic IT Business Analyst with both presales and postsales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and clients ensuring that our solutions meet their business needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and objectives.
• Assist in presales activities such as product demonstrations proposal creation and solution presentations.
• Analyse client business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and workflows.
• Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Provide postsales support including training troubleshooting and ongoing relationship management.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field.
• 24 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst with a focus on both presales and postsales activities.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and technologies with the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proven experience in clientfacing roles with a customercentric mindset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
