Responsibilities:

• Manage the reception area ensuring cleanliness and organization
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing data entry and photocopying
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and clients
• Uphold company policies and procedures at all times
