Technical Sales Engineer

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in engaging with both technical and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background enabling them to design solutions that align with our technology capabilities and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their software needs gathering requirements from both technical and business perspectives.
• Develop and propose custom software solutions that meet client specifications and align with our capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to estimate efforts and resources required to deliver proposed solutions assisting in the creation of compelling sales proposals.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and other technical team members to refine solutions and ensure alignment with client objectives and SDLC protocols.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of the software development industry and technology trends to ensure the best solutions are offered to clients.
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a technical sales or similar role within the software development industry.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex technical details and requirements into clear actionable solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
