Master Data Management MDM Architect

As an MDM Architect you’ll play a crucial role in providing technical and administrative leadership for Master Data Management (MDM). Your responsibilities will span across various areas including Informatica Data Quality Informatica PowerCenter and solution architecture.
1. Technical Leadership:
o You’ll be the goto person for MDMrelated technical guidance and support.
o Your expertise will extend to Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and Informatica PowerCenter.
o You’ll contribute to solution architecture ensuring robust and scalable MDM implementation.
o You’ll work with Data platform team to define the target data architecture
2. Data Integration and ETL:
o Expertise in designing and developing inbound and outbound data integration processes using the Informatica platform and other ETL tools open source technologies like python spark etc.
o This includes creating business solutions that utilize the CDI (Customer Data Integration) platform.
o You’ll focus on highquality and scalable solutions
o You have expertise on the determining the customer golden record and good understanding the of the Match Merge logic
o Expertise in resolving the data integrity issues
3. Data Quality and Governance:
o Expertise in using the Informatica IDQ product and implemented couple of the projects using the IDQ
o Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team to define standards product roadmaps and architecture decisions based on the enterprise blueprint of the program
o Troubleshoot activities within missioncritical runtime environments.
o Monitor CDI services and runtime components ensuring high performance throughput and availability.
o Implement business rules in the transformation layer to get high quality output of the data
4. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
o Good knowledge on the AWS cloud technologies. Work in collaboration with Data Architect to define the alternative solution for the Informatica MDM product
o Work closely with global team members in Enterprise Information Management (EIM) and IT to deliver MDM and governance capabilities.
o Drive excellence and continuous improvement in the quality of deliverables.
o Define and manage project deliverables to optimize data usage within the organization.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or related fields.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as STIBO SAP MDM CASP CISSP or TDWI.
• Skills:
o Data Governance and familiarity with Data Stewardship activities.
o Experience with Informatica Cloud EDM IBM MDM Oracle Analytics Cloud SAP MDG Semarchy and analytical tools.
o Exposure to AWS Cloud technologies is a big plus
Experience:
• Total experience of 12 years in Data management solutions
• Hands on experience in Informatica MDM tool including the Informatica Data Quality tool
• At least 6 years of experience in architecting and designing MDM solutions
• At least implemented 2 end to end MDM projects successfully
• Working knowledge on the AWS cloud environment is must
