• Team handling experience in the previous role on/off site

• Providing guidance and assisting buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

• To handle walkin customers at the Site Office.

• Assist residential/corporate customers with real estate requirements.

• Accompany customers for site visits and coordinate pre/post site visits.

• Should have a creative and resultoriented approach to serving customers.

• Ability to communicate present and influence the buyers for buying the property.

• Assist the organization gain a better market share by identifying recommending and implementing improved selling and marketing strategies.

• Should have effective communication skills to convince the customer for buying the property.

• To consistently evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future Sales opportunities.
