Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to the creation of a scalable application platform for delivering complex and challenging projects across software and data. * Design and build cloudnative software using industry leading practices and tools. * Own building and shipping new features across all levels of the stack frontend and backend. * Write highquality testable longterm maintainable and performant code. * Build monitoring and observability to understand system performance and user behavior to make informed decisions. * Balance tradeoffs to meet shortterm needs while investing in longterm foundation.

*Provide technical leadership to key stakeholders proactively communicating project details and development progress.

Qualifications:

BE (or higher MS / PhD) degree in Computer Science / related field or equivalent technical experience

8 years fullstack software engineering experience

3 years in a senior staff or principal engineer role * Experience designing and building cloudnative solutions (Azure AWS Google Cloud Platform)

Strong programming skills in one or more of Go C# NodeJS Python Java

Strong programming skills in one or more of TypeScript Angular React * Expertise with more than one of PostgreSQL Redis gRPC GraphQL messaging systems (Kafka SQS)

Strong understanding how to leverage unit integration and E2E test automation as part of the software development lifecycle

Experience leading projects with a team or across teams * Passion for mentoring and guiding others * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications * Azure experience * Experience with native development on iOS and Android * Experience with UX principles and application performance optimization * Experience with observability tools (Azure Monitor Datadog Grafana) * Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker Kubernetes) * Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform Pulumi cloudspecific IaC tools) * Experience with one or more CNCF projects * Experience designing and implementing infrastructure security and governance platform adhering to compliance standards (HIPAA SOC 2)
