Senior Business Systems Analyst Group Benefits Remote
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our clients team in the insurance industry. This role is essential for driving business and technology projects within the Group Benefits portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive business analysis managing project risks and ensuring the seamless transition of knowledge to production support teams.

Hourly salary of $68 to $75 based on experience.
6month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Conduct business analysis for a variety of concurrent business and technology projects within the Group Benefits portfolio.
Perform process mapping and gather define and document procedural and process notes.
Build and analyze reports in Microsoft Excel.
Identify and manage project risks.
Execute business acceptance testing.
Update system documentation.
Develop communications and training materials.
Transition knowledge to production support teams.
What you will need to succeed:
Experience with business acceptance testing and system documentation updates.
Experience in business analysis for projects and programs.
Strong analytical skills and ability to learn new systems.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for building and analyzing reports.
Experience in process mapping and documentation.
Ability to identify and manage risks effectively.
Strong communication skills for developing training materials and documentation.
