Service Advisor

Qualified Service Advisor is required for a busy shop in Mississauga with a well established organization. Knowledgeable reliable and teamoriented Advisors will join an established team while providing customer service.

Compensation

$60000 $70000 per year based on experience.

Schedule

• Monday Friday 6:00am 3:00pm
  

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while selling the proper repairs/ services to meet clients perceived needs.
  
• Provide accurate parts and labour quotes to clients as well as appropriate timelines for work completion.
  
• Coordinate and monitor service jobs assigned on an ongoing basis.
  
• Liaise between shop/technician/customer for best results and maximum efficiency.
  
• Maintain documentation including PO s invoices work orders reports etc as per SOP s.
  

Requirements

• Truck Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment (preferred).
  
• At least 1 year sales experience previous experience in a truck or automotive dealership or aftermarket environment is preferred
