Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Allied

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic interventions for individuals in the rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient care record maintenance and accurate billing reporting. Duties include direct patient care evaluation treatment planning assessment of transfers gait and balance as well as manual manipulation. The role requires reporting and interpreting treatment results conducting inservices supervising support personnel and participating in patient care meetings. Additionally the Physical Therapist will engage in community education provide family and staff education on treatment plans and therapy goals and collaborate with team members to implement treatment plans effectively. Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy certification with the American Physical Therapy Association and state licensure. The candidate should demonstrate physical abilities to perform patient transfers and possess the strength to lift and control up to 50 pounds. This role involves approximately 90% physical tasks and 10% sedentary tasks.
