About The role
As a sales and marketing manager you will be responsible for promoting our properties generating leads and closing sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fastpaced environment with excellent growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Generate leads through various channels such as social media advertising and networking events
- Conduct property tours and provide information to potential buyers.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends competition and customer preferences.
- Negotiate sales contracts and assist buyers with the purchasing process.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay uptodate with real estate market trends and competitors.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years of experience in a Sales and Marketing position preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- A track record in business development or related roles demonstrating the ability to drive growth and achieve results.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively adapting to dynamic business environments.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
