SAP Ariba Consultant
We are seeking an individual with comprehensive experience in the SAP MM module and expertise in Ariba Network supplier integration. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project environments particularly Agile projects and a strong understanding of Purchase to Pay functional processes. This role involves working closely with IT teams architects and various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support digital platforms.

12month contract.
Fulltime position: 40hours per week.

Responsibilities:
SAP and Ariba Integration
Run Ariba Network supplier integration and Ariba catalog projects including OCI punchout.
Provide administrator support for Ariba Catalogs and Ariba Network.
Handle eCommerce mailbox management for supplier/P2P/end user digital queries including Ariba support queries activation/deactivation requests upgrade/downgrade requests.
Project Management and Agile Practices
Work in project environments with exposure to Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with IT teams and architects on projects or BAU continuous improvement initiatives.
Document project documents work instructions and visualizations using tools like Visio.
Purchase to Pay Processes
Manage requisitions purchase orders invoices and other Purchase to Pay functional processes.
Govern invoice compliance tables and Ariba tolerance tables.
Testing and Configuration
Conduct testing defect resolution and configurations.
Identify and document technical defects raising support tickets as needed.
Digital Solutions and Business Process Improvement
Identify improvement opportunities and adopt lean practices.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to embed digital processes.
Provide training and awareness to stakeholders on digital functionalities.
System Implementations and Monitoring
Support SAP system implementations primarily in the MM module with an understanding of FI/PP/SD modules.
Monitor and control interface outputs supporting IST with interface monitoring for failed outputs or outages.
What you will need to succeed:
Experience with SAP MM module required.
Exposure to project environments and Agile methodologies.
Experience with Ariba Sourcing applications particularly contracts.
Functional experience in Purchase to Pay processes.
Proficiency in business process improvement and lean practices.
Strong documentation skills including creating project documents and work instructions.
Familiarity with SAP system implementations and a basic understanding of FI/PP/SD modules.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
