Chief Finance Officer Singapore Office

On behalf of our client who is in chemical industry we are looking for a suitable candidate to join them as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership direction and management of the finance and accounting team
  
• Providing tactic recommendations to the Managing Director
  
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
  
• Responsible for the internal control functioning well and the company s operations being in full compliant with rules and regulations by the Singapore government
  
• Establishing and/or enhancing relationships with external parties and stakeholders
  
• Collaborating with HQ s management team
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in accounting with proven leadership skills
  
• Singapore Chartered Accountant
  
• Familiar with IFRS
  
• Handson experience in SAP
  
• Understanding Chinas GAAP is an added advantage
  
• Integrity teamwork spirit and proactive work attitude
  
• Good command of English and Mandarin
