What you will do;
The BackOffice Specialist resolves escalated online order issues ensuring quick problem resolution from order induction to delivery. They liaise with partners to handle complex problems provide updates via phone and email and maintain detailed SAP records with strict adherence to protocols.

Requirements;
Hungarian Native with Minimum B2 in English
Have some knowledge of SAP is preferable
Laptop or desktop at your place as the job is remote
Minimum High school diploma
Available for Shift rotation working schedule
