Job Role: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Calgary Alberta (onsite)

Job Description:

As a Technical Business Analyst you will be responsible for working with our technical and business

teams to understand our business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You

will also be responsible for working with our development team to ensure that our products are built to

meet our business requirements. Should be a technical and businesssavvy individual with great

communication skills.

Duties:

• Work with the project manager to develop the project scope and timeline.
• Analyze and interpret user requirements user stories use cases and system architecture
• documents.
• Participate in design and testing activities review code and participate in system
• implementations.
• Assist with maintaining and documenting systems.
• Perform data validation checks.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes policies and procedures.
• Diligence in reviewing data to be input to the system.
• Identify quantify and document business process improvements.
• Identify analyze and document user interface issues.
• Create user documentation including process flows roles responsibilities and use cases.
• Train users on system processes and applications.
• Identify and resolve systemspecific issues through research and analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze new technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Gather analyze and document customer information needs and existing processes.
• Develop and communicate technical requirements including design build and test plans.
• Identify validate and mitigate technology risks.
• Develop innovative efficient effective and scalable solutions.
• Evaluate usability and scalability of solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders and IT to implement changes.
• Design document test and implement software solutions.
• Execute and support infrastructure audits and reviews.
• Track and report on project metrics.
• Develop maintain and document project plans.
• Manage document and support project schedules
