Product Manager

Job Summary:

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features conducting market research developing business cases and ensuring successful product launches. You will work closely with various teams to create exceptional user experiences and drive our products success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product features requirements and design elements while maintaining comprehensive product roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to inform product decisions.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to justify product investments.
• Collaborate with tech sales and endusers (including retailers cab drivers etc.) to gather requirements and ensure successful product launches.
• Own user experiences and develop prototypes (UI and UX) to ensure products are userfriendly and meet customer needs.
• Analyze product performance using relevant metrics and make datadrive decisions to optimize and enhance product functionalities.

Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience in product management preferably in the InsurTech sector.
• Strong understanding of UI and UX design principles.
• Proven ability to conduct market research analyze data and develop compelling business cases and ROI analyses.
• Excellent communication collaboration skills and experience in developing and maintaining product roadmaps.
• Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or a related field.

Timings: 10 am to 6 pm
