Gauzy is a worldleading material science company focused on the research development manufacturing and marketing of vision and light control technologies that support safe sustainable comfortable and agile user experiences across various industries.

To support the growth and expansion of Gauzy s architectural business we are looking for a Territory Sales Manager (m/w/d) to lead projects with top partners in the industry of windows and partitions glazing and to create new leads and business opportunities in the office design industry. To support the growth and expansion of Gauzy s architectural business.

This position will enable you to develop your expertise in the expanding industry of windows partitions and smart design for offices and to manage key accounts technology projects while working in an entrepreneurial startup company.

Gauzy s Architecture Business Unit brings our diverse smart glass products to built environments redefining how privacy shading and digital displays are experienced in the spaces we spend our time most.

***This position is fully remote and candidates from any location within Europe are welcome to apply.



Responsibilities:
  • Be the point of contact for existing customers in Italy France Portugal (Spain) Benelux and Scandinavia incl. Iceland.
  • Work closely together with the partner network in the area both Retrofit and Glass Processors.
  • Followup Leads.
  • Find new opportunities especially complete LCG (glass) projects.
  • Business development.
  • Keeping Salesforce uptodate for the market area.
  • Ensure that all customer orders are following procedure.
  • Liaise with European team members the technical department project management and marketing.
  • International travel will be required.

Requirements :

  • Took away years of experience in managing large office development projects in the office design industry
  • BSc or MSc in interior design/architecture or a similar degree or certification from a previous workplace indicates significant field experience Advantage
  • Experience in the commercial partitions industry
  • Some experience in the Smart Glass Industry Advantage
  • Deep understanding of the office design industry and motivation to acquire new leads in that industry and different industries as well
  • Must be a selfstarter and able to work with minimal supervision to produce great results with high ROI
  • You can work under pressure be selfdriven be flexible and be a fast learner
  • Ability to present project on CLevel Must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great communication presentation and strategic planning skills are required
  • Proficient in English Must Italian and French Advantage
