Requirements

What Youll Do:

• Lead the coordination and delivery of diverse projects ensuring they meet agreed cost scope and schedule.
  
• Collaborate with our SED team in designing and estimating projects before implementation.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously overseeing works assigned to suppliers and subcontractors.
  
• Provide expert technical guidance on equipment and plant repair refurbishment or replacement.
  
• Develop implement and monitor preconstruction process plans to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Attend startup site visit and design meetings contributing valuable insights.
  
• Work closely with the SED department to align project goals and objectives.
  
• Ensure all necessary documentation is in place for seamless handover and signoff.
  
• Handle scope change notices in compliance with contract requirements including early warnings and compensation notices.
  
• Generate data for projectlevel KPIs to track progress and performance effectively.
  
• Produce accurate O&M manuals and Health and Safety files using the appropriate resources.
  
• Lead project teams both internal and subcontracted and take full accountability for successful project delivery.
  
• Manage the activities of multidisciplinary project teams following established project delivery procedures.
  
• Embrace any additional duties relevant to the role with enthusiasm and diligence.
