IT Project management expeirence with Federal client is required.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Develop requirements document project plans and schedules.
• Work closely with supervisors for the allocation of resources.
• Coordinate with internal County departments on communication to County staff.
• Collaborate and align efforts with departments both within and outside the county.
• Foster change acceptance and adoption among frontline employees with modern technologies.
• Develop change communications and training documents tailored to specific audiences both internal and external.
• Monitor and communicate project progress and status to stakeholders on a weekly basis.
• Adhere to established change management processes.
• Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of assigned projects by offering suggestions or direction as a member of the team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of ten (10) years in Information Technology field with a bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Minimum ten (10) years experience as a Project Manager managing IT technical projects.
• Experience managing government projects.
• Advanced knowledge of managing projects in ServiceNow.
• Ability to organize and lead highly technical focus groups composed of primarily Infrastructure Network Systems and Desktop services.
