### Job Summary: Product Manager Security

**Location:** Remote MA
**Duration:** 12 months contract (further 12 months possible extension)

**Key Responsibilities:**
Understand end users and inform product direction through research data and feedback.
Ensure a consistent and delightful endtoend user experience.
Collaborate with departmental contributors to define strategies and improve service delivery.
Translate user and departmental needs into product vision strategy and roadmap.
Ensure compatibility with existing technologies and adherence to security standards.
Analyze market demand and guide build vs. buy or reuse decisions.
Lead a crossfunctional team to deliver value to end users.
Translate product strategy into detailed business and technical requirements.
Work with design and engineering teams on flows wireframes mockups and prototypes.
Promote a try test and iterate approach to product improvements.
Refine prioritize and track work ensuring all activities meet acceptance criteria.
Define and track key product metrics to inform product evolution.
Monitor and address product and project risks proactively.
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Meet with customers to solicit feedback on products and services.
Drive product launches in collaboration with communications executives and team members.
Set and meet quality standards for all products built.
Supervise and coach other staff members.
Oversee contracts and projects with implementation partners contractors and vendors.
Assist in procuring additional resources as needed.
Perform related work as required.

**Qualifications:**
At least five (5) years of professional experience as a Product Manager of a crossfunctional team.
At least two (2) years of professional experience in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) cybersecurity discipline.
Experience with consumer web applications; enterpriselevel product management preferred.
Proficiency in usercentered design methods and usability best practices.
Demonstrated execution of enterprise IAM products.
Strong ability to generate product plans and build team and partner buyin.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to take initiative in team gaps and ambiguous situations.
Strong product instincts and ability to create order from divergent needs.
Ability to define and reverse engineer product objectives.
Awareness of market trends and ability to update plans based on future expectations.
Adaptive empathetic collaborative and positive mindset.
Preference for candidates with knowledge of product management project management software web and application technologies.
Ability to exercise good judgment and focus on detail.
