As a Senior Scrum Master you will:

• Organize all scrum rituals and establish processes that facilitate optimal communication within the scrum team.
  
• Resolve impediments quickly and independently.
  
• Coach and support several selforganizing teams guiding team members towards a mature agile way of working.
  
• Provide constructive feedback to help team members develop and align with stakeholders including product owners managers and service owners.
  
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• A solid understanding of the scaled agile framework.
  
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master coaching and managing multiple SCRUM teams.
  
• A minimum of 5 years of IT experience with a strong background in IT content.
  
• Experience working in an international environment with distributed teams across multiple locations potentially in a hybrid model.
  

You should possess the ability to:

• Facilitate and organize effective scrum rituals.
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  
• Independently solve impediments and guide teams in agile methodologies.
  
• Provide constructive feedback and foster team development.
