Ashtabula County Medical Center (ACMC) in Ashtabula OH is hiring a Perm Neurologist! ACMC is an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic and invites you to consider a dynamic opportunity with our multispecialty group practice which incudes 60 employed providers; 21 of which are primary care.
Job Description
- Salary range: BR0000BR00000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience. Marketcompetitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview).
- Sign on bonus negotiable
- Relocation allowance
- 3year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)

Requirement description :
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Neurology REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- BLS ACLS (by time of start) REQUIRED
- State experience with procedures (add to Experience field): lumbar puncture muscle biopsy EEG brain death exam EMG Botox REQUIRED

Weekend Requirements : 10 days per month
