Job Title: Medical Promotional Review Specialist I
Location: Plainsboro NJ (Hybrid 3 days per week onsite)
Duration: 6 months start ASAP
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

MUST HAVES:
PharmD/MD/DO/NP with a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience (e.g. academic clinical or industry experience); postdoctoral fellowship may be substituted for professional experience as appropriate

INTERVIEW PROCESS:
Multiple interviewers including a 20minute medical presentation with 10 minutes for Q&A on a preselected peerreviewed journal article. Specific details to be determined.

PURPOSE:
Ensure scientific accuracy and clinical appropriateness of promotional materials
Serve as a member of the Promotional Review Board (PRB)

RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to a Director level employee in Medical Information
Works with stakeholders throughout NNI and external agencies

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide critical review of promotional pieces for medical accuracy and validity
Determine appropriateness of data and references used for promotional claims
Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders
Participate in PRB meetings and review process
Stay updated with medical literature and data

QUALIFICATIONS:
PharmD/MD/DO/NP with a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience
Thorough understanding of the US pharmaceutical industry and healthcare landscape
Detailoriented with strong organizational and editorial skills
Ability to work on crossfunctional teams
Strong communication and negotiation skills
