Job Summary:
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Architect and Project Manager (Job Code: Zn) with a strong background in System Architecture and System Design. With 10 to 14 years of experience the ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of complex systems ensuring they meet our high standards of efficiency and quality. This role is pivotal in driving our projects to successful completion influencing the innovation and optimization of our system architecture to support our companys goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of system architecture projects ensuring they align with business objectives and technology standards.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify system requirements and integrate solutions seamlessly.
Design scalable and robust system architectures that support the companys longterm vision.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception through deployment ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Conduct thorough risk assessments for system designs and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Provide expert guidance on the selection of technology stacks and frameworks that best meet project needs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system architecture and design.
Facilitate regular project meetings to monitor progress address challenges and adjust plans as necessary.
Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes and team capabilities.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of technological advancements and competitive strategies in system architecture.

Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in system architecture and design with a proven track record of successful project management.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of working effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Proficiency in leadingedge technologies and methodologies related to system architecture.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
