Good knowledge of import related compliances and import rules and regulations.
Import clearance handling.
Handling end to the end import documentation
Application of Import related licenses
Coordination/ followup with suppliers for import schedule
Coordination/ followup with CHA/ freight agents for smooth clearance and documentation.
Coordination/ followup with the Warehouse team for important updates.
Coordination/ followup with Finance team for material payment payment to CHA/ Freight agents and payment suppliers
Data maintenance and container status report
Application of certification like BIS LMR WPC etc.
Application of IEC DGFT licenses Digital key etc
Import checklist verification.
Preparation of Import PO and import clearance work orders/ contract.
Verification of import clearance invoices and payments.

Requirements:
Graduation/ Postgraduate.
Total Experience 58 years
Retail Industry
