Minutes to Seconds is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer in a Contract role in Melbourne.

Requirements

• Making sure all desktop applications workstations and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
  
• Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships.
  
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for escalated technical issues.
  
• Communicate project status including tasks iterations and milestones in a timely manner as required.
  
• Escalate any issues and/or concerns to the Service Delivery Manager
  
• Perform handson fixes at a desktop level including installation and upgrade of software and hardware.
  
• Act as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries demonstrating exceptional communication and problemsolving skills.
  

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
  
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office product suite (including 365) and desktop applications software
  
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Cisco Certified Network Associate) are highly desirable.
  
• Experience of Client/Server architecture and LAN/WAN principles and operations
