Medical Lab Scientist Full-Time

Evolve Healthcare is seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Scientist for permanent positions in Yuma AZ.

Medical Lab Scientist Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Laboratory Science / related field or Associates Degree with MLS certification
• Six (6) months of clinical experience or successful completion of a sixmonth clinical rotation within an MLS/MT program
• One (1) or more national certifications in lab

Medical Lab Scientist Preferred Qualifications:

• Two (2) or more years of experience a Medical Laboratory Scientist in an acute care setting MLT cannot be considered for this role.

Work Schedule: Days

Job Type: Fulltime

Start: Immediate Upon Acceptance of Offer Letter

Shifts: Days Weekends TBD and Holidays

Pay: Range : $30.6 to $38.84 hr

Relocation Assistance Up To $5000.00 and Sign On Bonus Up To $10000

Duties
Conduct experiments analyze data and interpret results in a research laboratory setting.
Use laboratory techniques and equipment to perform tests and procedures.
Collect organize and manage data using laboratory information management systems.
Collaborate with other scientists and researchers to design and execute experiments.
Maintain accurate records of experiments procedures and results.
Prepare scientific reports and presentations to communicate findings.
Stay uptodate with advancements in the field of study.

Experience
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Biology Chemistry or Medical Science).
Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Proficiency in data analysis skills and statistical methods.
Familiarity with laboratory techniques and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Areas Covered:

Hematology/Serology Chemistry/Coag Micro. HT or HLT Locum Pathology Assistants need occasionally.
Generalist would cover chem hem coag UA. Experience in Siemens Atellic. Manual differentials.
Micro: Molecular limited microgram stain kit serology etc
