Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position Available

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  
• Provide direct and indirect behavioral support and consultation to students teachers and staff.
  
• Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior plans.
  
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions making adjustments as needed.
  
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and paraprofessionals.
  
• Collaborate with parents school staff and other professionals to support student success.
  
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
  

Requirements

• Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Special Education or a related field.
  
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  
• State licensure (if applicable) for practicing BCBAs in Illinois.
