Technical Lead - Software Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Technical Lead with extensive experience in building and leading the development of robust scalable and productionready medicalrelated software solutions. As the Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in architecting designing and implementing cuttingedge software applications using a stack that includes React Node.js Next.js AWS PostgreSQL and Redis.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of developers in the design development and deployment of medicalrelated software applications.
2. Architect and implement scalable and maintainable solutions using modern technologies such as React Node.js Next.js AWS PostgreSQL and Redis.
3. Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to gather requirements prioritize tasks and define project scope.
4. Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
5. Ensure code quality performance and security through code reviews testing and best practices.
6. Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to optimize deployment pipelines and ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
7. Stay uptodate with the latest technologies and industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems and processes.
8. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
2. 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
3. Strong proficiency in React Node.js Next.js AWS (especially EC2 S3 Lambda and RDS) PostgreSQL and Redis.
4. Experience building and deploying productionready medicalrelated software applications is highly desirable.
5. Solid understanding of software architecture design patterns and best practices.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
7. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.
8. Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for technology and innovation.
