Job Overview:

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of one year of experience in longterm care or skilled nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
