Title: Marketing Manager

Location : Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)

Role scope

We are looking for a talented collaborate and experienced marketer to design develop and execute marketing activities to help grow Accentures business in KSA in support of the Middle East Growth Strategy. To achieve this the individual will be responsible to explore new ways to position Accenture as a leading brand and drive consideration for our capabilities across target clients recruits and employees. In addition the candidate will build connections in the local business community and help to position Accenture and its leaders in those communities.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute programs aligned to the Middle East Market Unit strategy and Accentures global priorities. Programs include events & sponsorships credentials development direct marketing and digital marketing.

  • Play a strategic role in collaborating with other marketing teams (CRM Market Hive Digital marketing team global marketing teams) in the organization.

  • Be responsible of aligning global campaigns to local priorities activating content/campaign localization and implementation.

  • Provide strategic counsel to leadership teams and key stakeholders.

  • Oversee program execution to ensure successful completion in terms of quality effectiveness time and budget.

  • Manage marketing budget for area of responsibility.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

Basic qualifications

  • Education: Relevant degree from a respected university or business school

  • Work experience: At least 6 years of marketing and communications and leadership experience ideally from a large organization or large international agency.

Professional Skills

  • Demonstrate a spirit of collaboration in all we do

  • Proactive motivated and driven to make a difference within the team

  • Solid written and oral communications English

  • Well organized with program management skills

  • Assertive articulate and agile in your work style

  • Ability to manage and build relationships in a complex matrix organization


  • Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience with professional services/B2B marketing experience preferred

  • Cross industry knowledge preferred

  • Substantial experience with stakeholder management and engagement working in a large complex organization

  • Proven track record and experience developing marketing strategies and executing internal and external global marketing programs across all channels

  • Significant experience in messaging and thought leadership development

  • Proven experience in planning and running highquality business events

  • Demonstrated experience managing a team of marketing professionals

  • Experienced user of digital marketing tools and technology

  • Bachelors or Masters degree required

  • Mastery of Arabic & the English language both verbal and written with strong communication skills

  • Strong executive presence with ability to interface with very senior executives ask questions and provide answers sometimes with limited time to prepare

  • Proven ability to motivate mentor and lead in a collaborative teamoriented environment

  • Ability to multitask and problemsolve to work quickly and effectively under pressure delivering projects in a timely manner

  • Negotiation mediation and conflictmanagement skills to resolve complex or disputed issue.
