Finance Executive - Bayan Investment House LLC

Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite role for a Finance Executive at Bayan Investment House in Muscat. The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing financial operations ensuring compliance and facilitating transactions. They will play a key role in supporting the operations of the company.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices rent payments and other financial transactions
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable ensuring timely payments and accurate recording
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports analyzing key metrics
• Organize and maintain the offices database systems employee client and property information
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and providing updates.
• Communicate effectively with tenants landlords and external partners.
• Draft and review contracts related to sale and lease of property
• Address inquiries resolve issues and facilitate service requests related to financial matters.
• Evaluate and optimize financial controls and procedures.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
• Experience in real estate sector preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic)
• Omani Nationals

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: RO500.000 RO700.000 per month
