Create and cultivate a culture of safety by identifying safety opportunities throughout the work area
Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality guidelines
Continuously provide information regarding shift progress to managers and line operators
Adjust labor allocation within assigned department during shift according to the latest plan
Drive proactive actions as communicated by the manager to remove obstacles impacting good shift performance
Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas, e.g. rediness process, 5S, safety, training
If necessary, support processes by collaborating in the fulfillment of customer orders with direct support for operational activities within the department;
Provide training and feedback to line operators regarding quality performance and safe behaviors
Develop thematic skills on all operational processes of the assigned department
Basic Qualifications
Professional qualification diploma (Level 3 according to the European Qualifications Framework [EQF])
Excellent command of the Italian language (speaking, listening, writing)
Basic command of English (A2, elementary-pre-intermediate)
Good communication skills
Analytical skills (ability to identify root causes of problems, predict problems by examining data and Key Performance Indicators)
Proactive approach and strong problem solving
Ability to learn new skills and information, adapt to change and pursue goals, working in a fast-paced environment
Experience coaching or leading a team
Preferred Qualifications
Effective command of English (B1, Intermediate)
Basic understanding of Lean methodology
Detail and precision oriented
Ability to analyze the operational process in depth and develop ideas for continuous improvement
