- Sourcing Manager LatAm

We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Sourcing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English reading and writing skills experience in supplier communication and a solid understanding of logistics and international sourcing. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and efficient procurement of goods to meet client needs.

Position: Sourcing Manager
Salary Range: $1800 USD.
Type of contract: Independent contractor.
Payment Frequency: monthly.

Duties and responsibilities:

Client Order Management:

• Respond promptly to client requests for simple orders.
• Accurately enter client orders into our ordering software.

Vendor Communication:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Submit purchase orders (POs) and ensure all orders are placed into production in a timely manner.

Order tracking:

• Monitor and track orders to ensure ontime delivery.
• Communicate order status and updates to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in communicating with suppliers and creating/sending POs.
• Solid understanding of logistics and how products are moved.
• Experience working in international teams and familiarity with project management software.
• Strong English reading and writing skills for clear and effective communication.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Understanding of the print/promo products industry and decoration methods is a plus.
• Experience sourcing on Alibaba reviewing import records or using other goods databases is advantageous.
