Tasks
- Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Help maintain and update HR records and databases.
- Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- You have a completed university degree or vocational training in HR management
- You have a very conscientious structured and reliable way of working
- Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
- Excellent speaking and writing in German and English
